We are a leading wildlife management and pest control company, renowned for our innovative approaches and award-winning services. We are looking to revolutionize the pest control industry by developing an all-in-one SaaS platform that will streamline operations, offer new-to-industry reporting and transparency, and redefine customer experience. Project Overview: We are seeking a talented freelancer or agency to develop a cutting-edge SaaS platform that will serve as the backbone of our pest control management system. This platform will encompass various modules including CRM, sales, field service management (FSM), asset management (GIS), pest activity reporting, client interaction, and technician reporting. Our company will be the first and primary user of this platform, we will subsequently endeavour to monetize it as an SaaS. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with our team to understand detailed requirements and user workflows - Design and develop a comprehensive CRM system integrating emails, VoIP, texting, deal stages, and automation capabilities Implement robust sales functionalities for quoting, invoicing, and reporting - Develop a FSM module for job management, scheduling, templates, and route optimization - Create an intuitive asset management system with GIS interface for equipment representation and organization in the field - Design and integrate a pest activity map/reporting dashboard for admins, technicians, and customers -Develop a client activity reporting system allowing clients to report pest activity, add descriptions, photos, and request service via map-based interface - Implement a client quote request feature enabling clients to request various services, locate service areas on the map, and provide key information including annotated photos - Design and develop intelligent forms for technician reporting with customizable elements, conditional logic, and multimedia support - Develop functionality for customers with portfolios of properties to access their data per property or portfolio-wide Requirements: -Proven experience in developing complex SaaS platforms, preferably in the field service or similar industry -Expertise in relevant programming languages and technologies such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, and GIS frameworks -Strong understanding of CRM, sales, FSM, and asset management principles -Experience with geospatial data visualization and reporting tools - Ability to design user-friendly interfaces with a focus on usability and scalability - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Additional Information: - This is a high-impact project with the potential for long-term collaboration and future enhancements - We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment and providing necessary support throughout the development process - If you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation in the pest control industry and possess the skills and experience to undertake this challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
