I am in need of a proficient Personal Assistant to work remotely with me as I manage a fundraiser for a specific cause. The ideal candidate would be able to handle various key tasks in relation to the fundraiser and overall CEO support. Tasks: - Typing Admin documents: The PA should assist in typing a range of documents related to the fundraiser. This will include letters, reports, and agendas. Proficiency in MS Office suite is expected for this task. - Setting Appointments: The PA should be able to manage my calendar effectively, setting appointments which could be related to the fundraiser or general business activities. - Handling Emails: The PA should be able to effectively manage incoming emails, filtering out important ones and responding to some on my behalf. The purpose of the fundraiser is to raise funds for a specific cause. The PA will play a crucial role in the success of this endeavour by providing efficient and reliable support. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, particularly to a senior executive. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication, as the role involves typing documents and managing emails. - Sensitivity and confidentiality with respect to handling administrative tasks for the CEO. - Experience in fundraising or non-profit organizations would be a bonus.
