Comprehensive Events & Staff Management App

I'm looking for a skilled WordPress & App developer to create a dynamic web application and corresponding iOS/Android apps. The project is aimed at developing an Events and Staff Management application. The main features of the application will include: - Event Scheduling: The application should allow for the smooth scheduling of events. - Staff Scheduling: The application should facilitate in allocating staff to the scheduled events. - Attendance Tracking: The app should track the attendance of staff and participants at events. - Embed Video Call Platform: I'd like the application to have the ability to embed a video call platform for virtual events, such as Zoom. - Access Pass Creation: The app should be capable of creating unique 'Access Passes' for users, complete with QR code functionality. - Customized Dashboards: The application should have differentiated roles for administrators and standard users, each with a tailored dashboard. The platforms I'd like the application to be available on include: - Web Application - iOS App - Android App An important element of the application will be to incorporate comprehensive event management features. This will include: - User Registration: The application should allow for the registration of users with social login (google, X, facebook, linkedin) and verification mail. - Standard User profile definition with a set of info (Name, Surname, Photo, Address …..), selection of services thy are able to provide (multichoice from a list) e their availability (multichoice on 10 dates) - Event Registration: The application should allow for the registration of events. - Staff Allocation: The app should provide a mechanism for assigning staff to various events effectively. - Dashboard for Administrator - Creation/Modification/Deletion by Administration User (up to 5) of these Entities: o “Place” providing following info: Name, Description, Photo, Position (shown with a marker on a map) o “Service” providing following info: Name, Description, Photo, Minimum Number of User necessary to provide the service. o “Events” providing following info: Name, Description, Photo, Place (selected among the place defined by the Administrator itself) (single choice. 1 to 1 link), Services (multiple choice. 1 to many link), Date and Time, Minimum Number of User needed to support the Event - Creation of “Access Pass” in pdf format for each User with User Name, Surname, QR code, Dates and Events - Administrator Dashboard showing Number of user registered, Events, Services, Places, Calendar where are displayed events, visualization of new User registered, access to table of all User where can be found User with filters - Standard User Dashboard showing the events where the User can check the events to which is assigned, View Webinair and other multimedia material loaded by the Administrator for all the User - Internal Communication: the Administrator can send mails to all the Users or subsets of Users - Communication via App: the Administrator can send messages via App (to be developed). The App shall be available on IoS and Android. - Load Webinair (video or audio) by the Administrator that shall be available for all the Users - Embed one meeting platform (e.g.: zoom, googlemeet, ) to be used by the Administrator to interface with Users.
