Just checking my site logs and came across this

http://search.yahoo.com/bin/search?p...20hight%20html

Variation on the Google "did you mean feature"

Is this new? (or newish)

Never seen it before or maybe it's that I don't use Yahoo! enough

I've seen it with them before as of last year sometime. It's not quite as advanced as big G's (go figure) but it is there.

Is it just me, or do the SERPs look just like Google's? I haven't used Yahoo in ... years, probably. The one thing I used to like about them is that they had the second link to launch a site in a new window, but I'm not seeing that now? Maybe it's too early in the morning.

I'm using both Yahoo and Google, and it seems to me I saw Yahoo started that feature pretty while ago.

Have a great day,
Peter

I'm not really sure if or when I'd seen that Chris. It looks new to me, but sometimes all the results start blending together to me.

What's interesting is Yahoo automatically assumes you misspelled the word and includes the results and then asks if you only want the results for your spelling, whereas Google gives you the misspelling and then asks if you want the other results.

I like Google's way better, but Yahoo's way is probably better for most people.
