I can't signup either, but I have heard from many that they were around 3 times higher than Adsense for quite a few of the keywords / niches, but they are now slowly dropping as time goes by. I would imagin this would happen so by the time the release it international it will be paying roughly the same as Adsense or still a little higher maybe.
