Well. I am not an "seo expert" but just a wish to survive freelancer from a small town of south india.

Yes it is booksonhorse. Not only horse book KW, but child horse book, horse training book, horse care book. All have top 10 ranking.

I didn't buy any links, just submit to directories, article directories, niche directories and some mutual link exchange with help of hub finder. Did some on page modification (very restricted, client was not accept to change layout style, etc), implement a 301 redirection for non www to www. coz odp has a non www domain in listing so its clone directories. Finally a no odp. tag for increase CTR. Budget is very tight $$$ 3 figure budget. Just get paid for my time. Better part of it is.. i learnt some real time seo.

Only Yahoo knows what they're changing. The rest of us will have to wait and see if we notice anything different and try to guess what they've done.

Knowing the seo community I'm sure in a month or two after we can see the effects of the changes (and assuming they are major changes) there will be all kinds of theories.

For now the Yahoo blog is simply saying changes are underway.
