Agreed which is why the other thread is now no more. The answer to the question Which I'm assuming is asking about submitting to search engines is there is no best tool since it's best not to submt to them. Just get a few links pointing to your site (the links in your forum signatire will do) and the search engines will find your site. Just be patient for a few days or weeks.
Submitting to them won't get your site indexed any faster.
