Yahoo is paid service so if you want to get better ranking in yahoo you should submit your site to yahoo paid directory. and yahoo local business submission etc.
Absolute rubbish. Only the Yahoo! directory is a pay for reviews "service" and you DO NOT need a Yahoo! directory listing to get indexed in the Yahoo! search engine

Use site explorer from yahoo and hope they will crawl ur site in 2 months or more...
Sometimes yahoo crawl ur site like a rocket but sometimes they behave like a devil.
Yahoo basicly listens to Google, not exactly...but very close. Focus on Google, Yahoo takes a little bit longer to index a new site. But if your in Googles index, you will soon be in Yahoo's. It does take a little longer.
Buying and selling of links would be a great idea if you have enough money to buy for it.. If your gonna purchase, get back links with relevant sites..
