How to get accepted into the YPN?

Does anyone know of the criteria necessary to get accepted into the YPN?

Thanks for the note...I have read the YPN info previously but it seems strange that so many webmasters out there with sites that DO fit the criteria set forth by YPN are still not able to get inclusion. I was wandering if there was something else??? Maybe there just a bit overwhelmed with all the applicants...who knows.
