All right, this is just my opinion based off my not-so-long history, but I think Yahoo! Is better from a webmaster's standpoint.

1) Yahoo! adds new sites into its SERPs much faster than Google does, especially if you use the domain submission tools of both search engines.

2) Yahoo! drives more people to my site. I know more people use Google, but for whatever reason, most visitors from organic searches come via Yahoo!

3) Yahoo! indexed my whole personal blog (which is neither of the sites in my sig) while Google was still screwing me with only 10 indexed pages.

4) Yahoo! doesn't sit on a metric ton of crap before waiting to "push" new data. You can find backlinks immediately, etc. Not quite as many options as Webmaster Tools, but you get changes in real time.

I agree, google is slacking, but i use google for searching instead of yahoo!. Maybe because im use to it, but i dont know why (i just like it better). Yahoo! does have more backlinks comming to my site, and more indexed pages also.

I have noticed that I get alot more traffic from yahoo also. Just confuses me because I know most people use google.

it is a good sign to see people paying more attention to Yahoo, google has been taking too much of the search market share and there is a need for some healthy competition there.

My natural google traffic is 20 times greater than Yahoo.

MSN is starting to produce great conversions as well.

True Google is going downhill, yaho is becoming better.

Ya!!!!.. I am using Google webmaster tools for many days.. and i'm recently change my URL.. from non sef to sef.. I am surprised that, though i'm not using yahoo webmaster tool, yahoo find out my new urls, which google does not.

Yahoo is much more quick to crawl new pages and websites. Google is not. maybe because google is more exposed to spams...

Yahoo is good, can drive also traffic to your site but I still google. It can really drive a huge traffic it your keywords will ranks well.

I would say only. The Google become popular that’s why Yahoo is still behind from Google thus Yahoo have most of the excellent features.

I just use google for searching I know i'm on top in google one time then 1hr later i'm on page too. I think yahoo is god cause i'm always on the first 5 at least there

Perhaps you get more visitors from Yahoo because you rank higher in Yahoo as well.
It doesn't matter how much people us Google vs Yahoo. What matters is where can people find you more easily?

For me, Google is much better than yahoo..

Well said, it might well be better for webmasters but for the general public its not, and thats why it isnt as good lol !

I think Google is better than the yahoo bcoz Most Of People Give the First Priority Google and then second priority give to yahoo

I agree with you Yahoo is easier to understand than google but traffic is higher on google searches

I get more traffic from google, I get some from yahoo. Even though yahoo is good, more people still use google for searches
