Wow, I just realized I spell Still wrong on my user name errrr... typing to fast.
This is probuly a stupid question but oh well, I am going to ask anyways. What do Dreamweaver extensions, templates and such do?..

I know what a Template is, its like the basic web design that you have to edit threw to customize for your own site. But extensions?.. are those like Photoshop plugins? Do they make it where its way easier to design the pages?

I am still pretty new to web design and want to learn. I know how to use Dreamweaver.. well the html part of it, layers and such, but have yet to use extensions and want to know more. Thanks for your help in advance!

Extensions add more functionality to Dreamweaver.
In a way they are like Photoshop Plugins but much better

I understnd the concept, its like a program that adds on to dream weaver to make it easier and better, but have never heard of or tryed an extension yet. Thanks for the info!

its a tough question to answer which are the best and why.

there are a lot of extensions which do a lot of different tasks and have different purposes.

best is to head over to the exchange and find one for your needs.
