Selling my PR5 directory

Alexa: 244,215 - PR5 - 3400+ listing

Too much work: as free submission, I get 50-60 submission/day. So I put it at $1 to reduce the submission. I get about 5-10/day. Selling also homepage links: $8-$10/month

What is the monthly income of your directory? And what are your traffic stats?

The homepage featured link (bottom) are $8/month except 4 (my sites) and homepage left link UCR is $45/6 month (others are my sites also)
Featured links are $3 or $5.

400-500 uniques/day. Included a stat screenshot.

Careful - I wouldn't overprice you're site since you haven't actually yet got any bids on it. Good luck with it, but be careful not to overprice - this will just put people off!

I don't know. I bought it that way, about 2-3 months ago. It was a directory and it was PR5.

BTW, alexa is 238,192 at this time. 3960 submission.
So, growing well, time to time...post to post :-)

I i don.y know iff you have notice that. But it,s only the first page that got a pagerank 5 and according to extremetracking(bottum on the site) it,s getting an Average 75 Visitors per Day

Hey no offence but 75 visitors a day isn't record breaking. A lot of the people who you are selling links to are getting ripped off I think

wow- i'm baffled at this post. not at the asking price or the actual website, but the alexa ranking for it. i own 2 PR5 websites. one of which is ranked wayyyyyyyyyyy below that one. granted i don't have the links that this website has, but here are my visits for august- unique, total, pages, hits, total bw.

Aug 2007... 24,804 -+- 26,464 -+- 32,036 -+- 40,4227 -+- 1.97 GB

am i right in thinking that outbound links have more of an impact on alexa ranking than inbound links? hmm- i need to go find a thread about this because this is really interesting to me!

Ok...I think it's over. When you get people destroying a thread, it's over.
So, yes, it is not 238,000 or whatever on alexa, I have no traffic and nobody pays for links on it. It is a total loser and the price is wayyy to high. So, take my advise, stay away from my site...

Ok, I'm going to explain why your 24K/day uniques site is 2,000,000 on alexa and my 500 uniques/day is 238,000. The alexa ranking is available because the uniques visitors have the alexa toolbar on their browser. The alexa toolbar is very popular in Asia and not much in the US and western Europe. More than 50% of my uniques are from India, Pakistan, Philipines and more. I assume you have more western uniques. That's all...And honestly, 99% of people who pays for a link are from there. These people are truly believers about linking their site...
