Appologies for the delay to your question. I had to track down the script vendor to get the answers.

You can sell this site to any one,
here is not a big deal. This is not a common script. This is a custom made arcade script.

Regarding stats and Revenue: as the site is just New... the Ad sense revenue so far is only a few cents.

It's running the gamesitescript.com arcade script. You can contact chad.phillips@gamesitescript.com to check if the license is valid or not.

Hi Jeff,

currently there are 344 games. There is a fully functional Admin panel
where you can control every aspect of the site, and yes it is very easy to install
more games.
