About Video. Your realtors (or you) can list properties with video. When you listing a property you will see a field called Video. It is there that you put the link to your Quicktime video which must be stored on your server or on any server (i.e. www.yoursite.com/house1.qtm). This links to that video and shows it on the front end of the website whenever someone want to view it. The video must be in Quicktime format. Individuals can link to their videos too wherever they store their videos so long as it’s on the web or on a server somewhere. Very easy, no programming involved, just a link to point to the video.
How the site works for the admin:
When someone registers you MUST activate their account. This is to prevent the deluge of spam that infiltrates tons of realty sites. You will get an automatic notification saying that someone registered with your site. You then log into your Admin panel and check under Pending Agents. Click on their name then click on Edit. Depending on which plan you set up and which one they paid for, you adjust their account to reflect that and then click on Activate. Then they are free to log in and start listing. If you don’t do this they can’t list. Again, this will save you a ton of headaches in removing spam later. The customer will be notified that they are activated and can start listing.
