Want to sell my 4 year old site

I would like to sell my site http://www.buaya.com a 4 year old site, related to marketing articles. The site was registered on 2003 and want to sell it if anyone can give me a good offer. there are 21,000+ back link according to yahoo. The site have not much traffic and income yet. The site is PR 3 and hoping the traffic will increase this coming update.

PageRank does not equal traffic. I've got several PR3 sites that receive barely any traffic (they are only really applicable to my local area so I wouldn't expect them to). Go here to see why PR doesn't equal visitors and why it's not really that important either:

I'm also wondering - how come you haven't made any revenue in 4 whole years?!

I have not mentioned that the PR will help the site to get more traffic, I only mentioned that PR may increase and traffic also hoping it will increase... when all the promotion I have made matured...
