I think what he's getting at is the fact that of the 2,000 + channels some of them are XXX, which I suppose the payment companies could frown upon. However, unless someone actually complains to the payment company I would think the possibility of them finding that out on their own would would be incredibly remote.
I had a site exactly like that before. 3 days on Paypal and, then account suspended because of that. I switch with G checkout, 5 days and then suspended. Each time with an email explaining the ToS breach...I tried 4 payment company and then gave up....
