I am selling Dream dictionary site dreamota.com
Dreamota is dream dictionary search engine. Dream dictionary and interpretation is niche market with underdeveloped sites and huge range of keywords to target. Audience of this market is not very tech savvy, and potential for development and monetization is great.
I worked hard on the site. It took me good few weeks to complete.
I just dont have time to build backlinks since I am working on different project. So if you can backlink to the site, it's hands free money machine. The site is perfect addition to someones portfolio of websites.

I did little marketing most of it experimenting with directories, and forums.
It gets most of traffic from google with bounce rates of less than 40%
Main source of income for the site is adsense, I am currently experimenting with CJ.
So far for July I earned around $25.
On average I earn between .40 to 1 a day with heightest $3, heighest click was $1.40, average click is between .9 and .18

Site currently has over 200 original dream definitions and many category pages. Search pages of the site get indexed by search engines.
Content is written by me, I used books as sources. It took me few weeks to write all the content.
I included most popular dream definitions.
Website
Is powered by wordpress and uses theme modification done by me. It uses wordpress plugins for all the automation.
The sale of site includes: all the content, domain thats registered until december, wordpress theme and all plugins that come with it.
I am willing to help future owner with transfer process.
