Here it is…..AgiLous.com is for sale. The reason for selling the site is that I’ve just started a new job that will require too much of my time.

This is a very easy site to manage and promote. The site runs on a CMS that’s been customized to allow the adding of videos from different sources. Everything is fully developed and the site is making steady money. The site was built to be heavily utilized with Search Engine Friendly urls. This is the main reason that so many pages are indexed by the major search engines and why it gets such a large amount of organic traffic.

The thumbnail images are individually customized. I think taking the 60 seconds to customize each thumbnail adds a cool and unique look to the site, not just a square box as seen on most sites.

The videos are pulled from other sources (Google Video, YouTube, Metacafe, Dailymotion, etc) so the bandwidth used on the server is relatively low (approximately 1.2 Gigabytes/day).

Visitors can add the videos, games and jokes to their Social Network sites (Facebook, MySpace, Friendster, personal website, etc.). This has been the main reason that the site has built so many back links (over 6000 in Yahoo).

Advertising: I do spend money on advertising but in only one place. I will share this information with the winner.

Server/Hosting: I currently spend $100 a month on the server hosting. The server is paid for until Sept 10th so the new owner will be supplied with the account details to do as they wish. If you already have a server it will cost you very little if you wish to move it over. I bought it on this server and haven’t bothered to move it as it was working so well. (Bandwidth= 1.5 gigabytes/day, very minimal)
