I am selling two websites. This is a 24 hr. auction.
Between the 2 of them they bring in $700-$800+ / month and possibly a lot more than that. Reason for selling is that I need the money ASAP.
One website is a network of cheat code websites (
www.cheats-and-codes.net). It is a PRIME domain name + tons of content. All of the codes are not from a common DB, nor were they bought. Design, content, domain, etc... is included. All of the sites are on their own subdomains (ex: ps2.cheats-and-codes.net).
The other website is a song lyrics website. (

As you can see a payment is due within a week, therefor the winner of this auction will be making money back as soon as a week from now.
Revenue is made by selling ad-space which is used for the Coop network. The space is rented out and in return Coop ads are placed on the ad space and therefor the ad-space renter receives the Coop weight. PLEASE NOTE: I know the COOPs TOS and this is not renting Coop Weight, it is renting out the ad-space where the Coop sits. The past week weight has been up and down from 77k - 90k, which is relatively low as for the past 2 months weight has been at 135k+. The current weight is 78,904 for the accounts. Further details will be given to the winner of the sites.
Another form of revenue is via AdSense, which is minimal, but if you get traffic to the sites I am sure you can easily make between $35-$50/ day easily.
Starting bid: $4,000.

This will be an auction and will only last 24 hrs. Reason for such a fast auction is because I had the websites posted before at DP and had generated interest from a few people and they tailed me along as I answered all their questions and was patient with them and then decided to back out and I need this deal done with.
I will be willing to part ways with one website for $4,000 and just split the monthly revenue each month as they earn money from one monthly payout.
