Im selling my very established entire business because i found a full time job. I really dont have time to involved with this.
What i did was i used to sell established ( money makig) and new website on many places like in this forum, sitepoint, Dp, dn forum ect. All my scripts i used is open source from sourceforge.net and then i modified them very carefully.
All those websites are Arcades websites. i sold them from $60 up to $300 each depending on the revenue. What i did was i just did some link exchange and promoting to voting sites and then sell them when they start to earn money. Being honest is they key point to sell the websites. If they dont earn i sell them as new sites.

It tooks me 1 hour to do promote a site on voting sites and then i sell them after 2 -3 months. ( not instant) This business can be easily continue if you know little bit about Html.
So this sale included my complete business details including over 3 months old fully developed ( Each unique ) 50 websites collection. I have done votings for many sites( over 10) .

Many sites are already earning money and if you like you can add them to your adsense collection. I really preferred to sell them because i cant wait to get my pay check in the end of the month. Basically i earned over $1000 P/M from this business but it may depends.
I dont know what you guys think about this. But this really works and right person can continue it.
