The site provides medical resources for preventing deafness and curing hearing impairments. It has been a site related to this topic for years.
I have only had this site for a couple weeks. The first thing I did was build a completely new web site. Actually I hired a Spanish speaking web designer. The design and content is custom and the copyright will transfer to the buyer.
The site gets about 30 uniques visitors and about 75 page views per day.
The traffic comes from search engines and links from other sites. The site is listed at google and has a PR of 4. If you look at google you will see over 250 links:

I have attached google adsense to this site and ads are popping in Spanish. I have this site on a channel with 20 other sites so it is impossible to estimate. It is no doubt making something though.

I am selling this site because it doesn't really fit into our network. We don't have any other Spanish sites so it is hard to effectively utilize the traffic of the site.
For the right person this could be a great little money-maker. The Spanish speaking market online is growing at a huge rate, health care helps people so you can feel good about what you do and the return per click ain't bad either.
