portfolio and recruitment site for developers

I am considering selling my website which is: www.developerfolio.com -

it is a website designed for developers, which allows them to register and create an online portfolio which gives them their own domain name.

aswell as creating their own portfolio, it allows them to search for jobs.
Recruiters can also register on the site and post job adverts and browse CV's of the developers who have registered.

The site is predicted to jump in with a PR2 once google indexes it.

at present it attract between 400 - 600 unique visitors per month.

I believe the site has great potential with the right time and investment for marketing purposes spent on it.

will sell with the right offer

i am 50% 50% as to whether to sell......so dont really have a starting price....a good offer and i could be pursuaded
