Hi

I have for sale the following site:

Daily Uniques: Average of 325 uniques per day

Daily Hits: Average of 3,727 hits per day

Monthly income: Not much (yet!) around $30

Will you help with transfer to new owner? Of course! I am online most of the day as I work on the internet - support via msn messenger is preferred

Started this site up and focused mainly on advertising it to get it established, not on profit. It is now ready for someone to get it going and make some money from it.

Unfortunatly this cannot be me as I have a much larger site on my hands with http://www.hitsnapper.com and time is now a big issue (i also have lots of other sites

)

The site runs a MySQL database and also has a banner rotator installed aswell as a prize script where the site randomly gives away FREE credits to surfers (you set how many!

Everything on this site is designed to be automatic and easy to use. When people buy banner impressions/hits this is handled automatically by PayPal IPN and their purchases are automatically added to their accounts and the money is sent to you!

The site comes with 486 members , around 50 of which are inactive so you will have 436 members in which to promote to etc. New members are joining at the rate of around 10 per week with no advertising, as it has all been done for you! Obviously if you advertise on google etc this number will grow hugely!

Hosting is $15 (around £10) per month with WalkerSoftware.com who provide EXCELLENT customer support, i suppose hosting could be switched but I will double check for any interested parties.

All in all this is a very established website with a HUGE potential to make the new owner a nice income, if you want to become a millionaire overnight this site is not for you, but if you are willing to invest some time and effort I can honestly see you making good money from this site, and you will also enjoy it!

I am open to offers on this site, bid what you think it is worth, the worst I can say is no!

Forgot to mention, site has an amazingly easy to use admin panel, which is accessable from any browser, which gives you access to members, newsletter emailing (with filters, insertion of variables such as members name, hits they have etc) and many other things.

Also, due to MySQL database, hits/banner prices are easily changed by filling in a box!

Hi, will you keep up the links from your other sites to clickbully?

By the way google only shows 40 back links from only a couple of different sites.

In google it only shows 16 backlinks for my largest site, http://www.hitsnapper.com, but it still receives average of 6,500 uniques per day

That's not the right calculation you know it is more like this:

($30 *12)-($15*12)= $180.

Questions from the Newbie (to all interested):

OK, if this site were purchases for $575.00, what would you have to do to earn the purchase price back within the next year. It appears to have a lot of traffic already.

This could be a great "how-to" discussion, if anyone is interested.

You would have to have somethings such as affiliate links to promote to the users, or your own products (as you say you are a newbie i doubt you have your own)

You would also have to promote the site - this is an on-going job of any webmaster, but I will provide as much help as I can (I own a search engine, a major traffic exchange, a banner exchange and an advertising company based in the UK so I could help lots!

)

It is basically setup and ready to earn money - how you earn money is upto you! The easiest way would be to get the members surfing more - competitions etc always help with such things as this (offer a 1,000 hits to members who surf most pages within a week therefore lots of people surf to try and win, but there can only be one winner

)
