COskiing.com is an established Colorado (USA) skiing directory, news portal and forum. Founded in 2004, COskiing.com consists of a directory of Colorado ski areas, links to related lodging proprties, and a news section.
Revenue Details:
Most of the revenue is generated via Google AdSense with some ad locations in the the $20+ eCPM range. We also had one direct ad campaign that generated $423.66 this season. Additional revenue can be generated via lodging and gear affiliate programs.
Traffic Details:
Traffic is obviously seasonal and corresponds with the Colorado ski season (roughly late October - early May). January 2007 was the site's busiest month and served 86,573 page views to 12,570 unique visitors. The following graphs outline traffic trends for 2006 and 2007:
