I have a full website for sale, including IPB Forum V1.3 Final, with hacks already added, and a PHPBB forum (brand new) both with new designs.

Website has 6 months free hosting - 500MB space, 10GB bandwidth a month, $25 worth of google ad-words left (advertisement to the right of google search pages), also lots of scripts, and files, flash movies.. games..etc

I have Student Forums at www.student-forums.co.uk which has been running for around 12 months, but you have to exclude the 3 months it was down because I was on holiday and my host went down, so I couldn't do anything.

It has PR 5 and around 10000 hits a month, with no major advertising. The only source of income is the ads on the site.

I am looking for around £400 for it, because its quite unique because its only for students, and it will be popular after you write letters to some schools.
