I built this site in December and it has performed very well. AdSense is earning $80.00+ monthly. This is a proxy topsite with 80+ members which I promoted aggressively on topsites as well as backlinks on my own network. I am now selling to support personal needs and focus on other projects.

The site has a PageRank of 4 and is 2.5 months old. Performance is still increasing and with a little attention here and there this can continue to earn very well for somebody, with a minimum amount of work. I would prefer to keep it if I could afford to.

Stats reflect unique hits from the topsites "button code". Real unique page views are around 3-5,000 per month. Google sent over 5,000 hits last month and already 3,000 this month.
