Webmaster Site For Sale- Revenue

Hello everyone

I am looking to sell one of my websites. The website is http://www.TotalWebmasters.net

This website has made me a nice amount of money. I have made exacally $12.64 with adsense since the 15th of January 07. I have made about $150 through sales (directory submission, eBooks and SEO reveiws) over the past 30 days.

The website has a custom design which is very very attractive and is very very search engine freindly.

I am looking to sell this website for $100
Payment through Bank transfer (can give a discount for this) and Paypal.

How come that everything is down?

The forums doesnt work, the contact us doesnt work, Customer Login. No forums, and even a guy have written a "Review" on a forum that doesnt exist?

All the links on the right menu leads to Coming.htm?

So this site has never been realy finnished or what?

Hello,

The forum went down a few weeks ago and the backup's didn't work so we started the forum again

The contact us link should work and I will check that out as we speak.

I took some of the products off the site as I have no time to provide them. Pages can easily be added if you know basic html

Well, ok!!!

And yes, i now its easy to add pages. But i just tought it was a little weird that your revenue could be so high when 90% of the site links dont work

But else, a nice theme, nice domain and nice website

The links did used to work up until recently when the forum crashed. The forum has in excess of 250 active members and was very very very good

Any proof of revenue and stats? Something smells fishy as well since your selling for less than the revenue you have made thus far; why would you do that?

Yep I will add a little proof in a second. To be honest I am selling it so cheap as I want a quick sale and I want to buy my girlfreind something special for valantines day

Yep. I am looking through my PayPal now. I will need a little while to get them sorted as I will have to edit out all the other transactions and names ect

The Domain and design alone are worth that

I know what your looking for however, your urge to sell quickly and scarce amount of data make this a risky investment. Perhaps if you took your time and used the listing template provided by WMT in the rules for this forum I might be willing to give you $100 out right.
