Age of site? Almost a year.

About the site: It's Web Hosting Services. I offered Dedicated server and shared hosting at one point. A bigger company bought the clients but didn't take the name. I have no use for it anymore and it can be real hit if someone has the time run it. The name is real nice also since it stands out from others out there.

Reason for selling? Personal things have come up and I can't keep running it.

What all does the site include? The domain, layout, content. Everything you see.

does this have a backdoor admin?
does it have Cpanel or any other software currently installed?
is the design a template? i ask that because there are numerous mispellings all over the site...
did you own your own servers or resell another companies services?
does it have billing or any other kind of software?
where is the site hosted?
