Xlurl.net is a new site that has grown over the last month we currently redirect over 600 urls with around 8 subdomains. All stats are in the admin panel. The deletion of URLS to spam sites need done in through phpmyadmin though but is very easy.

Only advertising has been at iwebtool in the whois section for $5 per month.
