5. How does the site generate income? How much? Adsense. Around $10 made in January, which has increased with traffic since December. I would expect a continued increase over time.
6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? I write the content and it takes less than 20 minutes a day. I will provide a list of reliable news sources to use.
7. What is the monthly cost of running the site? I host it on a large account with several other sites and pay yearly, so I don't know. You can take a look at the bandwidth it uses in the stats page to gauge what it may cost on your host.
8. Reason for selling? Money needed due to personal relocation.

10. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? No ezine, but options are available on the site to subscribe using various feed readers.

The topic of the blog is something I'm very interested in and, were it not for requiring funds, I would continue to write it. If somebody is willing to make a significant offer, I would be willing to make a deal and continue to write the blog for them (carrying their ads) for a designated period of time, which we would agree on.
