the 7th plane on google but now it dropped.It is also included in all major search
engins.It is well positoned because all keywords are included in domain name so it
requiers little effort in search engine race.Targeted traffic comes from many
sides.It has links to over 700 related sites.It is included in many categorized
directories.Now I am running campain with one of the online companies.But in avarage
it gets 2000 unique visitors per WEEK.

5. How does site generate income? How much?
Site generates income by selling online course(book) which descovers new method for
improving love relationships,marriage.Every book is sold for 29.95 but the price can
go up to 97.Although the vite doesn't get too many visitors it has great conversion
rate of about 3%.Income depend on many factors but last year it brought me $23450
with very little work.(But with this devorce rate(50%) in all over the world this
site has great potential).With all the dating services and people looking for
partners and solutions to their problems you just can't miss.

6. Who develops content and how much time does it require?
The contect is developed.We are talking about popular book with over 300
pages,special reports,newsletters,answers to frequently asked questions and much
more.The is no need to do anything for a long time except to answer some of the
questions from time to time.Everything is automated with autoresponders so it
requires little effort.
The layout and design might look simple to you but belive me it sales because your
visitors do not want fancy grafic or flash intro.They want real info and they want it
fast.The sales letter was developed for many months and was reviewed by many experts
so we have 3% conversion rate.

7. Reason for selling
Well in real life I am a very busy doctor who is now opening real offline big clinic
which is full time job and it will require much effort so there is no time for this
anymore.And I also belive for years has been enough,it is time to move on.

8. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
Yes of course.The hosting(which costs me over $100 pr year is active till 26th
December).The support is fast and excellent so there will be no problems.

Yes site runs monthly newsletter which shows new methods,techniques for relationship
improvement.At the moment is has about 9000 subscribers but that number is open to
exponenial grow.

You must be joking.Min $3000. It is established site with visitors,developed marketing,customer base,just everything.
Only hosting for this kind of site would cost you $100.

How can you evaluate the site based on google listing.Did you see what crazy things they do with their ranking.
About design? did you read whay I wrote in first post about design.

Pople and visitors want your information and they want it fast they don't want fancy grafic or flash intro.

Only the material from the site is worth thousands.He,he I now see why you are looking to buy the site, because you can't develop successful site by yourself. Try doing some of the things and you will see how much money and time you'll have to invest.

General info:
My site is an english speaking site, with humor and little bit of
soft adult in it! I think it has an excellent design (my surfers and link partners tell me so to) Its easy to manage, its updated every day! Everyday I have new websites that wants to link to me/me to them.. I have also several banners online that generates good money for me.. And lots more to come..

Traffic:
January: 2000
Ferbruary: 31.000
Mars: 200.000 (So far in Mars I have 170.000 unique)
April: 300.000 (this will come)
Its all unique, and I have stats to proof it!
No traffic is bought, its all build on my ideas...

If you know little bit about how to run a site with this traffic, than you can gerenate allot of cash...

Its for sale to the right price..

What benefits do you see from cobbling together a network like this? What valuation method are you using to determine the value of the websites you buy?

- valuehost.com, just another one ordinary hosting service
- you can easily ZIP / UNZIP / transfer the website.

- I pay ~10$/mo for my hosting service with 300 megs space and unlimited bandwidth. The bandwidth is... hm a few Gb/mo, maybe 4Gb/mo

2. How much is the traffic per month? Any advertising? How is the traffic generated?
- The website goal (since the time it was first imagined and created) is cheap search engines traffic. The pages are generally optimized for search engines performance. Maybe you should review the source code.

At this moment: the website traffic is 45 113 visitors last 30 days.
~225 565 pageviews last 30 days. That is basically free search engines traffic.

I'am using Google AdSence ads on the website.
Google ads performance is about 0,9$ CPM
I guess if to replace Google AdSence defaults with FastClick or
BurstMedia or ... ads + to add session based popunders (FastClick
popunders are good) the overall CPM must be 1,5-2,0$. This will not produce exsessive advertising.

So, at this moment, the website value is 600-700$/mo in revenue if sold though run-of-network advertising.

4. Is it easy to change the contenet of the site? e.g. layout, template? Any php, sql etc.?
- The website is about 1500 static HTML pages, there are no server-based scripting technologies implemented. There is a soft of TXT database file. Website pages are generated on your local computer bulk using an HTML pattern with special command tags inside with my Deplhi handmade tool.
Minus: it is just 'simple'.
Plus: pages source is clear, easy to setup, understand and deploy the website. Textual special formatted database is easy to convert to any other format you need. I will do it upon your request if the website is sold.

Additional information:
Raw server logs, access to web based stats can be provided upon request, if interested in further discussion.
I would like to sell the website for its current 1 year revenue level which is 8400$ (I can lower the pricw on 400$ if you pay for the money transfer and escrow service) I'm interested in getting a one-time revenue selling the website with the database "as is".

You can, in fact, cover your investment in a twice shorter period if you plan to continue with website promotion, search engines optimization, further development or whatever.

Can you proof that?
if you have 225 000 hits oer month and $0.9 CMP that will make it
(225000 / 1000)*$0.9 = $202.5 and not $700 so the selling price will be 202.5 * 12 = $2430 and not $8400.

If you had known anything about me, than you had known better..

As I wrote earlier..
Im an developer, I have hundred of projects and ideas building every month.. Im making totaly every month 10 times what you offer me.. so there isnt the money that is the problem..

The site it self is worth at least the double what you offer..
Please tell me how you can boost your site from 2000 to 200 000 unique in less then 3 months.. without buying traffic, ads or anything..

With that kind of traffic you can make allot of money if you are an excellent web entrepreneur!

The guy that buys my site will have an amazing "weapon" in his/her hands! That much traffic can without a doubt make allot of money very fast..
