Who wants to build me a community website?

Please post here and I will pm you with details.
Basically, I am looking for a website to be made with several pages, and the administrator area would have to be basic as I have no html experience.
I would prefer a unique looking website, but I don´t mind if you use a script and add in the things I want, plus change the look a little bit.
You must be good at making webistes, because this is not a simple webiste to make.

Hi Beaver, community websites can be expensive. Give me a list of what you want. I don't chase work as I have enough to keep me out of mischief for 12 months, but I can put you in the right direction with the type of scripts, etc as I build a few for corporate clients.

I have just finished a large website - check my sig and I am about to commence a massive business community website with similar features to the demo at edirectory.com.
