Can someone answer these questions for me?

I am looking to begin buying a few websites, mainly to earn with Adsense.
What things should the website have? I mean, when a webiste is PR4 then does that mean it is already getting x amount of traffic, what things does the site need to show me that it is already getting traffic, I guess is what I am trying to figure out?
And is the RSS thing really necessary to have? I don´t know what it is, but I read without RSS an adsense website won´t earn much.

Page rank is no indicator of traffic, only Googles rank which is a small part of their indexing algorithm. I would personally be looking for someone to give me personal access to their logs. I wouldn't trust just an image of someones stats page as this could be altered fairly easily.

I have website that I am building up for the sole purpose of selling off in the future so I am using Google Analytics to keep track of my stats. This way I can make a special username and give them just access to view the stats.

I'm not positive about Google but I know Yahoo! will purposely look for an RSS feed to avoid parsing a whole pages content so using an RSS feed is a good way to get Yahoo! to love you.
