Looking For Excellent Sites For Sale 8,000 Dollar Budget

Hi everyone.

I'm looking for a site to buy, my budget is anywhere up to around $8000 US.

Site must have been established for minimum 9 to 13 months and have proven traffic and revenue. Statistics must be available.

I'm considering any type of sites at this stage,
(ACCEPT DIRECTORIES , GAMBLING OR PORN)
so I'd love to hear from anyone who's selling something that fits my requirements stated above.

I'd also consider purchasing multiple cheaper sites - still must have some kind of revenue.

I like iptab but wanted to know what the speed tester costs yearly to lease? and send over the traffic stats?? I also want to "test" the site by putting my banner on it to log the traffic? can we discuss that?

It costs $400 annually, i cant allow you to put any banner unless you pay me in full, you can clearly see the keywords listed on Google, thats the biggest proof plus the stats are available at sitepoints auction.
