PC Gaming site for sale

4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor? 30,000 a month-

5. How does site generate income? How much? I used Google for a bit, I was making $50 every five days on Google, but then a user made invalid clicks and they removed me. The new owner may rejoin.

6. Who develops content and administers the site and how much time does it require? The content I put together myself. The news is either e-mailed to me or I get it from the game's site. (it's a gaming site, I check Blizzard's site for their news and most CS news is e-mailed to me)

7. Reason for selling? I won't have the time to run it very longer. I am very busy with my classes and I have lost interests in just about everything.

8. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Absolutely, I will include free webhosting for a few more months. This can be discussed.

9. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? 1,500 and counting.

10. Asking price for the site? $1500

I would say that the price is a bit steep for what it's currently making.
I would be glad to take it off your hands but I can't offord anything like that.

It may seem that way. If it doesn't sell, I'll continue running it and come back in a year when it's worth $5000.
