I'm selling my custom developed Internet marketing website. It provides Internet and network marketing tools to people trying to market their products/services online (autoresponders, ad trackers/url redirectors, network building tools).
The site currently has over 3300 members. From the last time I sent out a mailing to the entire membership, we had about 250 bounces (like because of full e-mail accounts), so you're looking at about 3000 deliverable e-mail addresses.
Many members are free, but we do have 3 paid membership levels. The site has an avg $1400/mo in revenue.
