Hi I own a web design online business, but for personal reasons I am unable to pursue this as before.
Please visit the site and see the portfolio (21 clients), each of those clients have paid at least $2k+ for their site to be built and hosted, so in total have made $40k since May 06. The name of the site sells itself and does very well in SERPS, and therefore the type of leads that come through are clients expecting "vanity" high quality flash work and generally expecting a big quote to match this.
If you are already established on the web, are good at flash design or plain web design and some of the services already listed in the services section of the site e.g. SEO, 3D panorama, multimedia cds, e-comerce etc, then this could easily be a sister site to your company.
The site comes with hi-techwebdesign.co.uk hitechwebdesign.com and hitechwebdesign.co.uk aliases and i have SEO'd it to the best of my ability as reflected by the Page rank which is 5 for home page and 4 sitewide, which is much more than most.

Included in contract: all existing clients and their needs for future hosting, maintenance and upgrades. If you wish to not commit to these clients i can continue to support them.
All proof of revenue has been retained.
