I created it about a year ago for our local poker games, however those games are over now and the site is a general poker website.
It has GREAT original poker material (poker hand quizzes, articles, interviews, profiles, movies, poker directory, poker gallery, ...)
During the past month i've done A LOT of Search Engine Optimization on it. I expect the PR to be 5 at next PR update (it is 3 right now).

Most of the visitors find the website through Google searches.
I personally don't do any affiliate work, so I've turned down any affiliate offers and have not participated in any.
During the last month I've had three advertising offers (two are shown and one is pending) that pay couple hundred for 4 month.
I want to sell the website as I need the money for the holidays, however I will not sell it for cheap. I've put days and days and days of work into this website. It is extremely content rich and ranked well in search engines.
I believe I can sell it for twice whatever it would sell right now in two months (after all the SEO worked has shown results), but I need the money now.
The whole website is done with php and css so it is very easy to make changes across the site too. I also recently submitted to 700 directories and am waiting for approvals (and link backs
)
The website can easily make good money if you start selling poker t-shirts or any other poker material. I also get a lot of poker goods for free to try and review on my website.
I am accepting offers, but I will not sell it if they are too low.
