I am needing to sell one of my myspace sites due to personel reasons. The site is currently earning $90 per month and has the potential to earn alot more but I do not have the time to work on increasing its traffic. The site is http://www.premadelayouts.biz and as you can see is a general NON myspace domain which can be kept as a myspace site or changed to any other niche that is related to web layouts. The sites traffic comes from all different sources link exchanges, search engine traffic, and myspace profiles from people using its resources on their pages. I have not used any PPC or other paid advertising for the site and have not spammed it on myspace.
The site has a backend admin control panel which lets you manage the sites ads and I have also added an admin mod so all layouts, backgrounds, and graphics can also be managed through the admin cp.
The site is predicted to be a PR4 site on the next Google update and is currently ranking on page 8 for its main keyword "Premade Myspace Layouts" and also recieved Google traffic for other related keywords. I have posted screenshots of the sites traffic, referers, refering keywords, predicted PR, and earnings below.
