I would be interested in purchasing established websites which can comply with the following. Any site suggested -- Must have good presence on Google and Yahoo
- Must be at least 1 year old
- Must have original 'serious' content - at least 20 pages but preferably a lot more
- Must not be ripped off from another site - no copyright or duplicate content issues
- Must not be database related or require products to be updated - there are plenty of those sites around and that is why I am placing this thread
- Must not be AdSense blacklisted
Payment cannot be via Paypal because of where I operate from - sorry but it just cannot be.
The sort of thing I had in mind was a site written not for the intention of making money (eg a hobby) and which has become a 'bind'.
I am not expecting to be quoted more than $100 and don't really expect to pay much above $50. I am not in a hurry as I have some other very active sites to work on so bear this in mind even if you're not interested today.
