1. Your name?
Diego
2. URL(s) of site?
Freelance Volunteer
3. Age of site?
4 months
4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor?
500 visitors per month
5. How does site generate income? How much?
The income is from advertising. Around $10 per month. I'm only using adsense at the moment. There's also a great spot for a banner on top of the site without been used.
6. Who develops content and administers the site and how much time does it require?
The site is mainly a forum. I usually check for new posts once per day. The rest of the time you will need to spend promoting it.

7. Reason for selling?
I'm no longer interested in keeping it. I'm working on other business ventures

8. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
Yes
9. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? Number of subscribers?
No ezine. If you want you can establish one, the script have capabilities for doing so. The number of members of the site is 109. Currently the members join at a rate of 1 per day.

10. Asking price for the site?
At least $300 or best offer.

The idea of this site is to have a place for aspiring freelancers to find projects to practice their skills. Webmasters post projects in order to find someone willing to make it for free, or for a link back or some other kind of trade.

The audience is composed of webmasters, designers and programmers. As you can imagine, a lot of webmasters post projects ideas. The hard part is to find someone to work for them.

That's why I added a tutorial section, in order to atract people learning to code or to design. It seemed to work but the tutorial section needs to be developed still more to keep people coming.

The site have a pr of 4, used to be of 6, I think that in the next google update it will go up again.

Well, maybe is not making that much. I have another website so i don't know how much money is comming from each one.

Anyway, since the income is so low I think that the major asset of the site are it's members. Currently are 112 and they keep joining. And I'm not doing any promotion, neither exchanged links or anything in around 1 month.
