My Reputation: I hate to have my first post here as selling something but i need to sell off this site. I am a co-admin at
vgamin.com and have been there for years as well as a member on yaxay and have released several scripts in opensource -
site. I have sold a few sites including 360-gamers.com (though is down, I have an old version of it still up) so I am farely reputable.
Stats:
Around 100 uniques/month, very little
Transition: This will be very easy to do, once you pay I can transfer the domain (registered at godaddy, domain expires January 29th 2007) and zip up the files and send. Then edit a few details, insert the SQL and the site will be up on your host.
Very simple.
Income: No income, never got advertising or had the time to get this site active. Banners are in place so selling advertising on users pages and the main site is VERY easy.
Reason for selling:
A site like this requires advertising, time and more so money which is what I need. I had a lot of fun building the site but would like it to grow rather than sit here.
Description:
The site itself runs on a very big backend/frontend, running on just 3 core files (index, admin, functions). The admin file lets you view the size of each users folder, delete them and more.
The index comes with the script "File Explorer", a highly modified version of it and the images for it are included for you. The file script allows people to make folders, create files, upload files, view images and much more. Also the whole frontend is custom built as well, phpbb, onecms and blogphp come pre-installed too.
