I never made it to adding any advertising to the site as I didn't have the time but based on the traffic you can estimate what type of income it could generate. I concentrated on the look and feel as well as establishing some link partnerships. I wanted to create some consistent traffic before worked on any advertising.

Yahoo 195
and more as I have done a little promoting. I know of at least 12 new links with reputable partners that I've established in the last couple of weeks that are still not appearing as backlinks.

This is an easy website to maintain and it can be very interesting for the right person, I can provide details on where to find resources for the articles. In the right hands this can be a real goldmine as the initial grunt work has been done.
The reason that I'm selling the site is that I'm not the right kind of person to maintain a celebrity gossip site. Now it just needs someone to take it to the next level.
I also have another celebrity gossip website that gets just a little less traffic than this one, might be interested in selling them both as a package. PM me if you are interested. It has a PR of 3 and very similar to this site.
