It is built on SMBCMS with search engine friendly URLs, gets deepcrawls from Googlebot every 12-15 days. Home page is strong PR5.
The costs of design packages listed on the website are of course editable The website is tightly interlinked with the network of friendly related sites so it's really not advisable to knock those links down.
The traffic is not very high - 40 to 80 uniques a day now but used to go up to 120-140 when it ranked page 1 Google for "word hyperlink advertising" and "page rank 6 domain for sale". The website has beem neglected for about 5 months so rankings slipped. It still ranks for Pr Deal in Google though.
