I hope you reveived my last letter.This time I will try to give some
details about my site,marketing strategy,income etc.

Site sells the book entitled Insider Secrets For Real Love.It
conains over 320 pages of unique material that can't be found
elsewhere on the net.It took over 2 months just to write this book.It
is organized in 33 lessons which containe trips,techniques and
strategies that I have developed for 10 years.
Who do I know that the book is good?-Well my costumers told me so.Most
of them benifited from it.They also wanted to help them in some other
way but I didn't have time to develop any more product.(This is the
chance for you-because they will love to see some other info).
Also there are so many articles,special reports,newsletters that can
be used.You can bublish it,compile it in another book,give it away
free or weather you decide.
The site is organized as sales letter.You probably ask why.Well as you
know all people who surf have one thing in common.They look for
information.They want real information and they want them fast.They do
not want fancy grafic,flash into(if they would like to see that they
would go to some grafic designer's site).So the page is fast
loading,without links(so you do not lose traffic),and it leads
visitors from the begining to the end(ordering the product).
On the top of the page is big headline so that the visitor think there
are lot free information,he continues to read,scrols down,and guess
what?He is caught.He is sure that this product will work magic for
him.
Many people belive this concept is past but I have proven it to work
ovr and over.
If you try do develop content like this you will need a lot of
knowlwdge and time for writing a book and don't forget investing in
sales letter.(In took me much trial and error-but I have tested it all
so now it gives 3% conversion rate).So I have done the work for
you.You don't have to write or update anything.

the site isn't so heavy traffic bu because of the high conversion rate
i get quite orders.I will include some of the statistics from my log
for this month:

As you can see the it doesn't get so many hits but it depends on many
factors.Two weeks ago site was on 7th place in google under
relationship improvement but not it dropped.I belive that you
understand that search engine ranking can't be the only measure of
site success because we have all seen what they do with their
listing.It is also included in all other major search engines,and in
many directories(I don't know the exact number).
Much more improtant is that the site is linked to 500-700 other
trgeted sites.I will list just a couple of links that I could find in

Then as you can see there are targeted keywords in domain which make
it ideal for search engine fight.with little effort site will easily
rank in first positons on all search engines.It would cost pretty much
to buy a domain like this.
While I was starting I took part in many online forums,groups where
people saw that I have quality material and many of them keep visiting
my site over and over.(Don't be afraid you won't have to do anything
like this).
On the site there is a newsletter form.At the moment I have quite a
number of subscrbers who receive monhly newsletter.It is one of the
key strategies for improving profit.There were times when a got 44%
response.
Everything is automated with autoresponders so it requires little
time and it makes you look really professional.
So as you can see I have done most of the work but even you with
little effort could increase hits/sales much more.There is so much
space.This is one of the sites that has grat poential especially now
when the base is srongly developed.

I depends upon visitors.Since it has 3% conversion rate(from 1000
unique visitors-30 will order) you don't need so many hits in order to
have good income.
Last year site generated about $23000.I will send you some of my
merchant account details if you are really interested.But in avarage
it generates 1800-1900 per month.But be sure that if you drive
additional traffic that number will drastically improve.
The best thing is that everything is automated so you need to log in
into your merchant account from time to time.No need for
shipping,handling etc.
And if you look around notice that similar books(courses) are sold for
50 or even 97 so you can always raise the price but it is up to you.
I hope you now got a litle more understanding and that you saw what
this business is all about.Last time I mentioned that I would sell it
for 3000-5000(I belive that it is fair price since hosting cost over
100 and there is a lot of unique
content,links,visitors,subscribers,income...) but I am ready to negotiate.
