stats dont seem to great for a site of that asking price:

Domain Information Look-up - www.bizoog.com

low google PR and very few pages listed in the search engines. also your alexa rank is out by quite a large amount (not that alexa rankings over 100,000 count for much)

Not exactly the kind of site you would like to have. It tried to install an adware virus when I visited it after clicking one of the video links . Norton blocked it and cleaned my computer.
