This website gets 1300+ unique hits per month. The monthly revenue is completely dependant on the visitors but I made around $2 this month.

Template: I made the template myself. I changed most of the tables to Div's and this took me around a week to finish.
Games: This website has 2900+ games on it. I purchased the gamepack and installed it onto the website.
Hosting: I host myself with bluehost and they provide me with more than enough space and bandwidth.
Script: This website is running phpArcadeScript which I paid $30 for. It is running v2.0, and I haven't upgraded because I was planning to upgrade manually so that I didn't lose the theme.
Price: I'm looking for a BIN of $250.
