This site is using a free upload script however it is heavily modified with many extra features! The design is custom. I had a contest on namepros for the header. I spend maybe 10 minutes a day working on the site. It promotes itself through people posting links to there files.

- Prevents users from executing scripts like php files (even if a user uploads a php script or html file, it gets downloaded like any other download)
- Options to limit uploaders and downloader’s from uploading or downloading more than once every x minutes

- File reporting system allows users to report illegal files
- Admin panel with options to delete files, see how much bandwidth they have used, and ban reported files, preventing them from being uploaded again (even if they have a different file name!)

It also created a list of all uploaded files for your users to see, however I have disable this feature for privacy, it can easily be enabled.

Revenue Details:
I was using Google adsense however all of my sites were on this account so I do not know the exact revenue from that now I have switched this site to YPN, so I included those stats. This site has the potential to make much more, however I have not put any pop ups on the site, or sold text links, with this type of site you can add many adds. You do not need to keep the current affiliates.
Hosting
Currently I have all my sites hosted on a unmetered dedicated server, You can keep the site on for a month or two however it must be moved eventually. The site goes through about 200gb monthly. The server I have costs me $150 a month through quickpacket, however this runs all my sites. I believe you can find cheaper hosting such as VPS.
Reason for selling
I have many other projects I would like to start working on, and to be honest I am just bored with this site, I'm sure with the proper owner, this site can grow much more. I prefer payment of paypal, its actually the only thing I have worked with, but I might be open to other payments.
Legality
We do get the occasional notice for an illegal file, I remove the file as soon as I get the email and have not had any problems.
