1. Colic Facts & Information (ranks 2nd for "colic facts" in google)
2. Bird Flu Information Center

details:
1. content is unique and original
2. design/layout is unique and original
3. both site are relatively new (about a month old) so can consider as no traffic and no revenue
4. both site have been indexed by all major search engines
5. both sites are pure html sites - no backend

sale:
1. reserve price of $130 for each
2. payment via paypal
3. bin to be set later
4. domains registered at namecheap so free push if you have a namecheap account

1. hosting details? what do you want to know? each site is about 250 kb total (including all html files and images). they are hosting on a shared hosting account - no problems...

2. traffic - for july traffic was about 160 uniques each... can be considered as negligible...
