I have 4 article/informational sites that I basically picked up in a package deal but have no time or use for. There's been no promotions (though they seem to have picked up PR and begun being indexed by SE's) so assume almost no traffic on each. I do have links to them on some of my other sites, I will leave these in place for 6 months for the buyer(s).
I have AdSense/YPN/Amazon ads on them, revenue from each has been a dollar to a couple dollars monthly with the little traffic they get. I can't give actual CTR's but it's fair and honest to say all are good.
I don't operate sites that I have no interest in regardless of whether they're profitable or not. These could be decent earners for anyone who's willing to drive traffic to them based on what I've seen from them so far with the little traffic, I just have no personal interest in the topics.

6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? Sites have some dynamic content through RSS feeds they pull, no actual maintenance is required for any of them.
7. What is the monthly cost of running the site? Just the hosting, which the buyer would have to provide.
8. Reason for selling? As I mentioned above I have no interest in the topics of these sites
9. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Sure
10. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? No
11. What all does the site include? These are informational/article sites, buyer gets the domain and content from the site or sites they purchase. I will sell these separately or all together.
12. Asking price for the site? Make an offer, I'm not looking for much ($xx) on any of these sites.
